About this vacancy

As a Mechanical Engineer, you work on challenging and innovative projects for clients in the Eindhoven region. You are responsible for the design, development, and optimization of mechanical solutions.

Your tasks include:

• Designing and developing mechanical systems, modules, and components
• Detailed design in 2D and 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, Siemens NX)
• Thinking along about manufacturability, cost optimization, and technical feasibility
• Drafting and managing technical documentation and specifications
• Overseeing change and improvement processes
• Coordinating with R&D, production, procurement, and quality departments
• Presenting and defending designs during technical reviews

What we expect from you

We are looking for an engineer with a solid technical foundation and a proactive work attitude.

• Completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) education in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Designer
• Proven experience with 2D/3D CAD software such as Siemens NX, Solidworks, or similar
• Knowledge of construction principles, manufacturability, and tolerance analysis
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented
• Ability to work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in Dutch and English
