Job Title: Hydraulic Fracturing Supervisor

Rotation: 35x35

Minimum Experience: 8+ years in Hydraulic Fracturing operations

Location: KSA – Field Based

Role Summary:
Lead and supervise fracturing crews during wellsite operations. Responsible for safe and efficient execution of hydraulic fracturing jobs with strong technical knowledge of blenders and high-pressure frac pumps.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising fracturing jobs end-to-end

• Strong hands-on exposure to blenders and frac pumps

• Experience in high-rate, high-pressure operations

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment during live operations

• Strong leadership and crew management skills

• Solid HSE compliance
