Location: Saudi Arabia – Field Based

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Fracturing Field Engineer to lead the technical execution of fracturing programs on-site. This role involves implementing job designs, monitoring real-time parameters, troubleshooting equipment, and coordinating closely with field supervisors and operational teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute hydraulic fracturing programs according to job design and operational plans

• Monitor and adjust job parameters in real time to optimise performance

• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues on-site

• Coordinate with fracturing supervisors, field crews, and clients to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards

Key Requirements:

• Extensive field experience in hydraulic fracturing operations

• Strong technical understanding of blender systems and frac pumps

• Proven ability to monitor and adjust job parameters during live operations

• Experience in client-facing environments is preferred

• Strong operational decision-making and problem-solving capability
