As a Materials & Processes Engineer, you develop, qualify, and manage material and manufacturing process standards for aerospace programs while supporting engineering, production, suppliers, and R&T projects. • Create and harmonize material and process specifications
• Define material and manufacturing process selection lists according to program needs
• Plan, coordinate, and execute material, process, and part qualification campaigns
• Provide M&P support to engineering and manufacturing teams
• Support supplier audits, quality escapes, and obsolescence topics
• Contribute to work packages within development programs
• Support national and international R&T initiatives
• Deliver material solutions and associated data to airframe engineering disciplines
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data traceability

• Master's degree or Diploma in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or comparable field
• Strong knowledge of aerospace composite materials and manufacturing technologies
• Experience in defining and executing test programs, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Mandatory hands-on experience in a laboratory environment
• Basic understanding of aircraft design and related requirements
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Google Workspace knowledge is mandatory
• German: fluent; English: negotiation level
