We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients specialized in the pharmaceutical industry, an Electrical Project Coordinator - Pharmaceutical Industry (M/F). The position is based in Chartres for a duration of 11 months.

Assignment Context



Within a leading pharmaceutical company operating in a regulated environment, the Electrical Project Coordinator (M/F) will be involved in building wiring support projects.

Electrical Project Coordinator - Pharmaceutical Industry (M/F) : What will your missions and responsibilities be?



Main Mission



In coordination with the Project Manager and various stakeholders, you will ensure the proper execution of building wiring activities in compliance with the client's electrical and IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of the current situation: low- and high-voltage electrical architecture, wiring connections, and building configuration
• Support in defining the project execution strategy
• Supplier management and support during the following project phases: Engineering studies, t echnical specifications drafting, b id analysis, w iring preparation, d ecommissioning of existing wiring, d ocumentation, d rawing review
• Collaboration with the project team
• Risk analysis
• Communication with key stakeholders and end users
• Support during project execution
• Support in defining the project validation strategy

What profile and skills are required for this Electrical Project Coordinator - Pharmaceutical Industry (M/F) position?



Education & Experience

• 5 years of experience in building wiring
• Up-to-date GMP training (mandatory)
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in supplier management
• Professional English (preferred)

Technical Skills

• Electrical engineering expertise
• Technical and industrial project management skills
• Wiring and infrastructure expertise
• Specific knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector (GMP, traceability, critical environment awareness, etc.)

Personal Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate teams
• Autonomous with a proactive mindset
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
