About this vacancy

The resource will work within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with mechanical, automation, and software designers, contributing to the development and industrialization of complete solutions. **Main Responsibilities** - Design of electrical panels and machine wiring for automation and handling systems. - Creation of electrical schematics and bills of materials using EPLAN. - Development of EPLAN macros based on the type of system/project. - Use of EPLAN/Windchill integration for configuration management and project lifecycle. - Selection of electrical components and definition of system specifications. - Collaboration with the automation team for the integration of PLCs, drives, and communication networks. - Support to production during the assembly and testing phases of electrical panels. - Preparation of technical documentation (schematics, layouts, application notes). - (Plus) Design for the USA market according to UL/UL508A regulations.

What we expect from you

• Experience in designing electrical panels and on-machine wiring in the logistics or automation fields (pallet handling, conveyor systems, sorting, picking, etc.).
• Ability to define electrical layouts, ducting, protections, and selections of industrial components.
• Knowledge of main industrial electrical standards (CEI/EN).
• Highly appreciated plus: experience in designing electrical diagrams for the US market and UL certifications.
• Excellent knowledge of EPLAN Electric P8.
• Ability to create and customize EPLAN macros.
• Familiarity with PLM Windchill systems for data and technical documentation management.
• Knowledge of automation components: PLCs and Allen Bradley (Rockwell Automation) inverters, Ethernet/IP protocol.
