What you'll do

• Support the technical team in identifying and analyzing process inefficiencies within biological and chemical-physical treatment plant
• Collect, organize and interpret operational and performance data from the plant.
• Prepare weekly and monthly summaries of key process indicators (KPI) related to treatment efficiency, reagent consumption, energy use, and sludge production.
• Update dashboards, reports and monitoring tools related to plant performance and improvement actions.
• Support engineers in problem-solving activities, contributing with analytical insight and data-driven evaluations.
• Participate in technical meetings and daily/weekly reviews by reporting findings, highlighting deviations and suggesting improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the development of process simulations, mass balances, and feasibility assessments for optimization projects.
• Collaborate in the standardization of procedures, documentation updates and technical guidelines.
• Support the preparation of technical presentations, internal training materials, and communication related to improvement initiatives.

What makes you a good fit

• Master's Degree or ongoing studies in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Understanding of biological and chemical-physical wastewater treatment processes (even at academic level).
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in data analysis and process optimization.
• Flexible attitude toward new technologies and digital tools for data management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented approach and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel.
