Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Project management support

- Support Project Manager in project execution, field visits, and technical project review.-

Compile inputs to prepare project planning reports.

Retrofit implementation support

Support in supervising the ESCOs responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning of projects.-

Support in the Project Manager in managing the relationship with the Government entity

.Post-retrofit support-

Support the supervision of O&M services provided.- Support the Project Manager in ensuring that the performance guarantees are satisfied.-

Liaise with Finance / Legal to resolve any issues

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or any related field•

CEM / CMVP certification is preferred

Experience & Skills

0 - 2 years in a project management role with responsibility for the performance of contractors; preferably with retrofitexperience within ESCO (or EPC) industry experience• Interpersonal: Professional proficiency of English required; fluency in Arabic is a must; effective communication skills(written and verbal); effective time management skills; ability to manage concurrent projects• Technical: Technical knowledge relating to building retrofits and potential savings
