In this position, you will be responsible for the design, development, and improvement of mechanical modules within a high-precision environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements into robust mechanical solutions.
Part of your role involves supporting our manufacturing teams. You will investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective engineering solutions to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.

What do you need to do to be successful in this role?
- Design, model, and detail mechanical and mechatronic (sub-)assemblies.
- Perform analyses and calculations to validate your designs.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service teams.
- Support factory operations by resolving technical and production-related problems.
- Improve existing designs with a focus on performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Work within engineering processes using CAD and PDM systems.
What You Bring
- A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- You can show experience in mechanical design preferable in precision mechanics and motion-based systems.
- You enjoy leading the way and taking responsibility. You see opportunities, explore, and seize them.
- Experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., NX, SolidWorks, Creo).
- Familiarity with PDM systems is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and ability to work in a dynamic technical environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- You can express yourself in English and Dutch.
