Your role

As a Senior Oracle EBS Support Analyst- O2C, you will:
  • Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 across the full Order to Cash cycle (Accounts Receivable, Billing/Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Management), with the ability to troubleshoot cross-module impacts.
  • Lead complex incident investigations, perform in-depth root-cause analysis, and drive permanent corrective actions across O2C processes, transactions, and accounting flows.
  • Monitor daily system processes, configurations, and integrity checks.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing cycles, ensuring stability, timely processing, and issue mitigation.
  • Document functional requirements, test scenarios, test plans, and specifications.
  • Coordinate and participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validation for patches, upgrades, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate actively with DBAs, developers, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
  • Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation: functional requirements, test scripts, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base materials.
  • Monitor and analyze recurring issues, identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support when required. (Industry Standard)
  • Provide guidance and targeted training to business users and team members.


About you

Experience & Skills:
  • 4+ years hands-on experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12 within the Order to Cash process area.
  • Strong functional expertise in at least one major O2C module, with working knowledge across Accounts Receivable, Billing and Project Billing, Project Costing, and Project Management.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL for advanced troubleshooting (log analysis, data validation, interface monitoring).
  • Experience using an IT Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Excellent communication skills, both with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization and time-management abilities, able to handle multiple requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize complex workloads, and manage escalations.
  • Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability growth.
  • Fluent in English & Romanian (required); French is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
