As a Telecommunications Principal Engineer based in Rotterdam, you will lead complex projects that shape the future of communication systems within the Oil & Gas industry.

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Telecommunication Systems and Architecture
• Proficiency with Instrumentation Engineering design and calculation tools
• Strong capabilities in Concept Development, Detailed Design, and Systems Engineering
• Experience in Package Engineering and Manufacturing
• Skilled in Site Engineering, Analysis, and Planning
• Proven ability to independently resolve complex technical issues and deliver project goals
• Exceptional communication skills for mentoring and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience acting as a Discipline Lead, Technical Expert, or Engineering Method Authority
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and internal technology readiness processes
• Strong background in capturing and sharing lessons learned to enhance fleet and project outcomes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Engineering Diploma in a relevant discipline
• Extensive hands-on experience within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically focused on telecommunication systems
