🎯 Position Purpose The Installation Engineer contributes to the design and engineering of reliable, cost‑effective, and safe solutions that support project execution as well as broader operational and strategic objectives. The role involves delivering high‑quality engineering work in compliance with specifications, standards, and industry regulations.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities Engineering & Technical Delivery

• Responsible for selecting appropriate engineering methods and procedures within project specifications.
• Perform engineering work and optimize designs to ensure technical integrity, safety, and compliance.
• Deliver engineering tasks and associated documentation within the agreed schedule.
• Ensure proper management of technical interfaces across systems and project disciplines.

Compliance & Requirements

• Deliver all work in accordance with contractual obligations, internal requirements, and relevant international standards.
• Integrate applicable lessons learned and assess impacts of changes within and across system boundaries.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties as required.
• Ensure all external interactions align with contractual requirements and internal procedures.

🎓 Education

• Engineering diploma or degree in a relevant discipline.

🧠 Experience

• 0 to 5 years of experience in any industry (offshore, subsea, marine, energy, or industrial environments considered a plus).

🧩 Functional Competencies

• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency with engineering design and calculation tools.
• Ability to develop engineering concepts and solutions.
• Understanding of reliability, operability, and safety principles.
• Interest and/or experience in installation-related activities.
