■職務内容

本ポジションでは、ABBの標準プロセス・品質基準・安全ガイドラインに基づき、現場でのサービス業務を担当いただきます。比較的低~中程度の複雑性の業務を中心に、顧客と密に連携しながら「一度で正しく完遂する(First-time right)」ことを重視し、計画・実行していただきます。

また、担当領域においては、スピード感と顧客志向を持ちながら、専門性を発揮していただくことを期待しています。

主な業務内容

  • 顧客先(オンサイト)にて、業務改善の機会を特定し、課題解決に向けた提案・対応を実施
  • フィールドサービス業務の遂行(点検・保守・トラブル対応など)
  • 製品およびサービスに関する技術的課題の特定、遠隔または現地での分析・対応
  • サービス活動に必要な部材・機材のリスト作成および手配、品質確認
  • 設備・プロセスのトラブルシューティング、および再発防止に向けた是正・予防措置の提案

■応募資格

必須要件

  • 高専卒以上(電気・工学系専攻歓迎)
  • 電気分野における3~5年以上のサービスまたは関連業務経験
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル(JLPT N1相当)
  • 英語:ビジネスレベル(読み書き・会話)

    ※メール・チャットでのやり取りや海外拠点とのコミュニケーションあり
  • 普通自動車運転免許
  • 国内外の出張が可能な方

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

The work model for the role is:hybrid

This role is contributing to Electrification Business Area Service Fivision.

You will be mainly accountable for:


  • Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer's operations and eliminate pain points.
  • Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
  • Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
  • Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.


Qualifications for the role

  • College of Technology graduate or above (Engineering background preferred)
  • Japanese:Native level; equivalent to JLPT N1 proficiency
    English:Business level (reading, writing, and speaking)
    Includes regular communication in English via email and chat, as well as oral communication with factories.
  • More than 3-5 years of service experience in the electrical field
  • Japanese driver's license.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial electrical products (service experience not required)
  • Ability to travel domestically(and internationally)
