Position Title: Senior HSE Advisor
Location: Project/Site-Based
Contract: 12 months
Roster: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (Fly-in Fly-out)
Role Overview

Provide leadership and coordination for Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security (HSES) activities across the project.

Ensure compliance with corporate HSES standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Lead risk management, incident investigation, auditing, and assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead HSES personnel and resource planning, including team development and performance support.

Ensure project compliance with HSES Management Systems and regulatory requirements.

Define, monitor, and report on HSES objectives, KPIs, and incident statistics.

Facilitate risk assessments, HAZIDs, and RCA investigations for incidents.

Plan and conduct audits; track corrective actions to closure.

Support HSES input to design, workshops, and project deliverables.

Develop and deliver HSES training; promote behavioural safety programs.

Assist with emergency preparedness and response drills.
Qualifications & Experience

Formal qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering (Degree, Diploma, or Trade qualification preferred).

HSES Systems Internal Auditor certification and RCA/Incident Investigation training.

Minimum 10 years’ HSES experience on major EPC projects in onshore construction (Civil, E&I, SMP disciplines).

Experience in both onshore and offshore environments.

Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
