For our Commerce Retail - Brand Eurocryor, We are looking for a Commissioning Manager.

Area of expertise: EMEA in particular.

Home Office contract is offered; please note that preference will be given to resources based in Veneto (due to its proximity to the Solesino plant) or Lazio (Rome specifically, for logistical reasons and to facilitate travel).

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Relationship with other company figures operating in the area of reference (sales, installation, after sales, quality, System Engineering)
• Coordination, supervision and technical support of external suppliers in charge of installation activities within the assigned area
• Negotiation activities with suppliers and in general with all the figures involved in the management of the job order
• Continuous monitoring of installation activities in order to guarantee the quality of installations, operational marginality and Customer Satisfaction
• Managing the job order within the assigned budget
• Coordinate all After Sales/Service activities with local Epta Service organizations disseminating best practices and knowledge sharing
• Implement new/adjust existing Service Reporting in accordance with Customer's expectations
• Monitor Epta's local After Sales/Service organizations for data/information collecting
• Collect Service improvement actions defined by the service team
• Ensure the implementation of standard processes
• Manage preventive and actual cost analysis (with detail of materials, labor or outside subcontractors) for all Installation/AS/Service activities
• Knowledge of all industry regulations to apply (Health & Safety standards, FGAS regulations, ecc.)..

Requirements:

• Technical diploma or Degree, specifically Energy or Thermodynamic Engineering
• 5+ years professional experience in the role or similar
• Fluency in Italian, English language is required
• High mobility required, national and international (EMEA perimeter in particular)
• Presence in Solesino is required, especially in the first period, to learn the specifics, details and dynimics of the Eurocryor product
