About The Role

We are recruiting for Electrical Engineers to join our expanding team based at our Barton-Upon-Humber factory. The candidate will work either a combination of mornings and afternoons on a rotating shift pattern or solely afternoons. The salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £43,000.

Main Responsibilities:

• To carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Provide rapid and professional response to breakdowns.
• Fault finding including PLC, trouble shooting, repairing and maintaining equipment and plant using all engineering disciplines to enure minimum lost production time.
• Perform high quality root-cause analysis for technical and process problems.
• Support, suggest and implement improvements (Safety, Technology, Process).
• Utilise the CMMS system to record all works (Shire System).
• To proactively work towards the continued success of the business with a can-do attitude.
