About the role:

• Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities across all project phases, from concept design to commissioning.
• Develop and review electrical designs, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Supervise and mentor electrical engineering team members, providing guidance, support, and technical leadership.
• Ensure compliance with international electrical codes, industry regulations, and project requirements (e.g., IEC, NEC, ATEX).
• Manage interfaces with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, instrumentation, process, HVAC, etc.) to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and technical meetings, offering expert input and recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring technical clarity and alignment.
• Oversee vendor technical evaluations and approve equipment selection for electrical systems (e.g., transformers, switchgear, MCCs, UPS).
• Support project planning, cost estimation, and scheduling for electrical engineering deliverables.
• Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and reliability in all electrical engineering work.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical issues during design, construction, or commissioning.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
