Key Responsibilities:
  • Super user of the SharePoint Engineering Task Tracker (ETT) developed specifically for major projects
  • Update and validate the different engineering reports presented to Maaden every week
  • Consolidate and validate the engineering monthly report.
  • Expedite directly senior management on ETT tasks and activities
  • Backfilling engineering coordinator as required
  • Super user in Aconex to extract information for reporting purposes
  • Establish and manage various project engineering and management reporting software such as Power point, Power BI and others.
  • Active participation and leading the digital system requirement developments and alignment, implementation and integration include scope validation and managing the implementation done by DEM.
  • Responsible to define and coordinate Power BI dashboards, custodian of those throughout project and facilitate project leadership with reporting KPIs and project forecasting.
  • Training and administrative support to project team member with respect to digital system or environment, progress monitoring, control and reporting SUCH AS ETT and power BI.
  • Be willing and capable of working in a Construction environment at a remote site based location.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Administrative experience, ideally in a construction or industrial environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced site environment.
  • Familiarity with construction site protocols and safety requirements is an advantage.
