Are you a highly skilled mechanical and electrical engineer, with experience in building services operation and maintenance? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.
We are looking for an M&E Maintenance Engineer to join our Estates team. You will have the opportunity to use your skills to manage the operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical services throughout the University estate.
This role is ideally suited to an engineer with both mechanical and electrical experience, however if you have experience in one of those but also have a specialty in legionella control, electrical installation and distribution, or pressure systems, we would be very interested in your application.
The Campus Services Department comprises a high performing team of estate professionals that continues to manage and develop a high quality estate. The University has an ongoing commitment to invest in its estate through a capital plan which entails the completion of a number of multi-million pound projects, both new build and refurbishment, together with a host of minor capital and revenue projects. The Maintenance function is well established with significant growth planned in staff numbers to support both recent and planned growth - not least, the addition of a Medical School and c.3,000 new bed spaces.
The University of Lincoln offers exciting career opportunities with the chance to grow and develop to reach your full potential. We also offer a wide range of staff benefits, including a generous annual leave allowance of 30 days per year pro rata (plus an additional 14 bank holiday and concessionary days), progressive pay rates, access to discounts at popular stores and more."
