This position reports to:
Reliability Testing & Engineering Manager

In this role, you will contribute to the quality and reliability of Business Motion products by maintaining and developing ALT and ORT test systems. You will conduct tests according to defined plans and specifications, analyze failures, and develop testing specifications in collaboration with R&D. Additionally, you will provide technical support for new tester ramp-up projects and propose corrective actions based on data analysis.

The working model for this role is: onsite (#LI-onsite).

This position is based at ABB Drives in Jüri, Estonia.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Conducting ALT/ORT tests according to test plans and specifications
• Analyzing root causes of tester-related failures and proposing actions to reduce recurring issues
• Performing basic product fault analysis and reporting findings to the product owner, including root cause follow-up
• Developing testing specifications for endurance and reliability testers in collaboration with R&D
• Providing technical support to project managers during new tester ramp-up projects
• Managing small short- and long-term projects

Qualifications for the role:

• Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Power Electronics
• 3+ years of engineering experience
• Creative and hands-on working style
• Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Strong PC skills (e.g., databases, MS Excel)
