We are looking for a Junior Packaging and filling Engineer with project management responsibilities to support engineering projects within our packaging and filling operations. This role offers hands-on experience in our factory and the opportunity to contribute to impactful improvement projects while learning from experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities
• Support planning and execution of packaging & filling engineering projects.
• Coordinate activities, timelines, and project deliverables with senior engineers.
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and line optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, project updates.
• Support quality, safety, and food industry compliance standards.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and external vendors.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Food or related).
• Internship or project experience in engineering preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in packaging & filling or the food industry is a strong advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand industrial processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and good understanding of Dutch.
