The Commissioning Officer (Age Well) will support the delivery of routine commissioning activity and contribute to work arising from the Transformation Programme. The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of commissioning projects, identify innovative solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes for residents.

A key focus of this role is Care Home Commissioning for older people. As such, experience in this area, alongside broader commissioning experience, is desirable. However, this is a generic commissioning role within the Age Well portfolio, and additional areas of provision may be allocated depending on service priorities and the successful candidate's experience.
