Senior Construction Manager

Location: Surrey
Contract Duration: 12 months
Start Date: ASAP
Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to support bid and pre-execution activities on a major international LNG development. This role will play a key part in shaping project execution strategy and construction planning during both bid and EPC phases.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide EPCI bid support for a large-scale international project
• Contribute to the development of the Project Execution Strategy
• Support preparation of ITB documentation and associated bid deliverables
• Assist with bid evaluations and technical clarifications
• Lead development of the Construction Execution Plan for the EPC phase
• Provide construction input into the integrated project schedule
• Conduct site and fabrication yard visits (international travel required)
• Review site execution plans across project phases
• Participate in constructability workshops
• Contribute to project risk reviews and Lessons Learned sessions
• Provide construction-focused input to multidisciplinary engineering teams

Requirements
• Extensive experience within EPC and FEED environments, specifically in LNG projects
• Proven experience in a similar Senior Construction Management role
• Minimum 20 years’ relevant industry experience
• Strong background in large-scale international energy projects
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
