Job Summary:

Responsible for performing warranty and after-sales service activities at customer sites. This includes the installation and commissioning of new machines, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing on-site operational support. The role also involves delivering customer training on proper machine usage and maintenance, while collaborating with internal departments to ensure service excellence and drive continuous improvement.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
  • Independently perform service interventions in the areas of mechanics, electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine operation.
  • Install and commission new machinery at customer sites in coordination with internal teams and customer personnel.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment as necessary
  • Carry out on-site diagnostics of potential equipment faults.
  • Organize and plan annual calibrations of measurement equipment
  • Provide technical support to customers, both remotely and on-site, to resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. Conducting machine diagnostic, repair and training for customers via remote support tools (TeamViewer, email, phone...).
  • Deliver training to customers on proper machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Maintain clear, effective, and diplomatic communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and trust during service interventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, production) to resolve customer issues efficiently and prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in internal and customer acceptance testing of machines to ensure readiness and compliance with technical specifications.
  • Collect and communicate feedback from service activities to support product and process improvements. Provide requested reports.
  • Actively visit new and existing customers to promote the entire solution portfolio and services and seek out new opportunities for business.
  • Maintain cooperation with the existing sales force and business development team across all BUs in order to find and use cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide competitive, technical, and commercial input for each proposal and support in the proposal process. Cooperate on product selection and technical application for customer
  • Adhere to Health, Safety & Environment policies as laid by the organization.
  • Perform additional tasks such as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.

For this role you will need:
  • We need 4 years of relevant experience
  • Any graduation degree in technical background


Preferred Qualifications that set you apart
  • Reading technical documentation - electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic
  • Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems Knowledge - Deep understanding of machine components and systems to perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. experience in SIEMENS Simatic S7 programming is an advantage
  • Machine Installation & Commissioning - Ability to assemble, calibrate, and test machines according to specifications.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving - Skilled in identifying root causes of malfunctions and implementing effective solutions.
  • Reading Technical Documentation - Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
  • Safety and Compliance Awareness - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices when working with machinery.
