JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities主要职责:

Job Tasks工作任务:

1. Develop the mechanical design for agitators, including the layout/general arrangement and the design for individual parts such as pedestals, shafts, impellers... based on scientific calculation, and the aid of proprietary and commercial software tools.
   
   负责搅拌器的设计,基于设计软件和科学计算对产品进行总体设计及图纸绘制,包括对产品部件（基座、主轴、搅拌桨等）的设计、图纸绘制;
2. Generate Engineering data including drawings, BOM's, calculations, purchasing specifications, user manuals, working instructions for operations etc.
   
   生成工程数据,包括图纸绘制、制作BOM、进行相关计算、出具采购参数、制作用户手册及操作指导书等;
3. Verify the specification of the mixer sized by application engineers in early stage of the project.
   
   在项目早期与应用工程师沟通并确认搅拌设备的技术参数要求。
4. Support sales, working cooperatively with to Sales to pre order parts and to develop optimum designs in response to unusual applications.
   
   为销售提供支持,针对不同的应用需要对产品进行优化设计;
5. Support production team, quality team, sourcing team, and field service team on problem solving.
   
   为生产部、质量部、采购部及售后服务部提供技术支持,解决技术相关问题;
6. Interacting with suppliers to optimize designs so that they are more cost effective and better quality.
   
   与供应商配合优化产品设计,实现低成本、高质量的产品设计;
7. Writing detailed assembly, inspection and test instructions for assembly and quality.
   
   为装配及质检提供详细的书面的装配、检验及测试指导说明书。

Qualifications任职要求:

Education and work experience教育及工作经历:

• Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  
  大学本科及以上机械工程专业。
• Minimum of 1 years' experience in Mechanical Design Engineering, designing of mixers, vessels, or rotary products would be preferred.
  
  不低于1年以上机械设计经验,有搅拌机、容器或转动产品的经验者优先。

Knowledge and Technical competencies知识及技能要求:

• Basic engineering theoretical knowledge.
  
  具备基本的工程理论知识。
• Fabrication processes such as machining, welding and metal forming.
  
  了解加工制造工艺,如加工、焊接和成型
• Familiar with Quality Assurance System and QC tools.
  
  熟悉质量控制系统和质量检验工具。
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English.
  
  英语读写沟通熟练。

Soft Skills软性技巧:

• Design software AutoCAD, Solidworks, and familiar with EPDM, MathCAD, and Team Center software would be preferred.
  
  熟悉设计软件AutoCAD, Solidworks,熟悉使用EPDM, MathCAD和Teamcenter者优先。
• Familiar with ERP system
  
  熟悉ERP物料控制系统。
