The Role:
You will work as part of a project delivery team responsible for network and security infrastructure deployments across our customer's environments, performing tasks such as implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and documenting of our solutions. You will be able to work from high and low level design documents independently or part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of customer facing projects.

The role requires at least 5yrs+ experience as a Network & Security Project Engineer with expertise in:
Note: Vendor training will be provided to close any gaps.
You'll be able to hit the ground running with a good level of implementation methodologies, and able to articulate written documentation for the same. Soft skills are also important for this role and the appropriate candidate will be proficient in the following areas:

You will also:
- Be methodical when approaching installations and technical issues
- Produce and maintain high quality technical documentation
- Provide technical guidance to team mates where required
- Interface professionally with external clients in-person, via telephone and email
- Work flexible start times to cover customer requirements
- Work overtime when required by the project (paid)
Skills Profile:
The role requires at least 5yrs+ experience as a Network & Security Project Engineer with expertise in:
- SDWAN concepts and technologies incl. Velocloud, HP-Silverpeak
- Security Technologies (FW Policies/IPS/IDS/Web Filtering/SASE) incl. Fortinet & Palo Alto
- Wireless technologies incl. Juniper Mist, Teltonica 4G/5G gateways
- Advanced Routing (OSPF, BGP, MPLS)
- Switching (Layer2/3) incl. Cisco & Juniper
- DDI technologies (DNS/DHCP/IP Address Management)
- Monitoring tools using SNMP or API integrations
- ITSM/ticketing platforms (ServiceNow)
Note: Vendor training will be provided to close any gaps.
You'll be able to hit the ground running with a good level of implementation methodologies, and able to articulate written documentation for the same. Soft skills are also important for this role and the appropriate candidate will be proficient in the following areas:
- Customer service excellence
- Information gathering and document production (LLD production may be required)
