Role Overview:
The Ideal Candidate is a hands-on test engineer with strong heat transfer and fluid dynamics fundamentals who can design thermal systems and execute end-to-end rig testing (instrumentation through commissioning and data post-processing) with safety and quality first. They communicate clearly, document rigorously, and coordinate across teams to deliver on-time results while continuously improving.

Role Overview:
- Test rig thermal design, system design
- Instrumentation, assembly, disassembly, test commissioning
- Conducting required procurement activities for tests and laboratory
- Executing pre-test, test, post test operations with prioritizing safety and quality.
- Commissioning, testing, test data post processing
- Execution of heat exchanger, component cooling, combustor cooling and thermal system design projects using sound engineering principles and adhere to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirements.
- Management & execution of the business needs with prioritizing safety, excellent quality and on time delivery with a proper cost.
- Strong heat transfer, fluid dynamics, gas turbine fundamentals and systems knowledge.
- Documentation of technical data generated by assigned projects consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
- Hands-on engineering.
- Open-minded for new technology, research, science and using all for engineered product.
- Conceptual or theoretical activities relating to the science focused on the relations between heat and mechanical energy or work, and the conversion of one into the other: modern thermodynamics deals with the properties of systems for the description of which temperature is a necessary coordinate. Includes Heat transfer that is the science on the exchange of thermal energy between physical systems, depending on the temperature and pressure, by dissipating heat.

They communicate clearly, document rigorously, and coordinate across teams to deliver on-time results while continuously improving.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD. degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 1-10 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous testing experience is a must
- Strong fluid dynamics and heat transfer fundamentals knowledge
- Heat transfer and aerothermal work experience
- Always eager for improvement and development on technical and non-technical skills.
