Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification in Japan.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during post-order project kick-off meetings, ensuring smooth alignment between requirements and execution.
• Deliver technical solutions related to electrical and power distribution products for infrastructure projects, including data centers and other large-scale facilities.
• Lead specification integration by coordinating with various stakeholders, clarifying technical requirements, and ensuring alignment between internal teams, external suppliers, and on-site installation partners.
• Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include overseas manufacturing and engineering teams, while external stakeholders include construction-related partners and subcontractors involved in project execution.
• Work primarily on large-scale projects, which account for the majority of the portfolio, alongside involvement in renewable energy-related projects as part of a diversified project mix.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum of a technical college degree (engineering-related)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of technical knowledge and experience in the electrical industry
• 【Japanese】JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
• 【English】 reading and writing level (TOEIC score 600 or higher).
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
