About the Job

Requirement for an Electrical Project Engineer:

Role Summary:

• Working in a team responsible for the design, procurement, and delivery of M&E projects.
• Working in the water industry responsible for project coordination and delivery, on projects ranging in value and complexity.
• Ensure projects follow agreed budgets, scope and program.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety and HR procedures.
• Office based with occasional site visits and design meetings.

Experience:

• Experience in a design and build project delivery role (preferrable water industry).
• NEC 3 knowledge and experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Construction Operative with a M & E background may also be considered for the role (Preferably in Water Industry).

Qualifications:

• CSCS Card (required).
• 18th Edition of BS7671 (preferred).
• CITB SMSTS or CITB SSSTS (preferred).

• Good communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose problems and identify and recommend solutions.
• Handling and processing information and data.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to travel, plan, manage and prioritise own workload.

Salary Range: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependant on experience).

Working hours: 40 Per Week

Office Based (occasional site vests)

Office located in Ilkeston, Derby.
