Job Purpose: To support process improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency within the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze workflow and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity and downtime.
• Assist in developing SOPs and process documentation.
• Support lean and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collect and analyze production data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
