About The Role

We are looking to support our client by providing an EICA Commissioning Engineer, on a clean water site in the Bournemouth region

You will report directly to the Client Commissioning Manager and will work with the contractor to ensure their installation, testing and handing over of all plant and systems is in line with the client's standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing of RAMS
  • Review and monitoring of MEICA related Project risks.
  • Review of design deliverables, including FDS, equipment and instrument lists, P&IDs, control philosophy and telemetry requirements
  • Review Commissioning Plans in conjunction with design intent
  • Oversee and sign off FAT and SAT, and witness testing.
  • Review of Commissioning Programmes
  • Attend Progress & Commissioning Meetings
  • Review commissioning documentation and deliverables.
  • Provide input into Commissioning Strategy Reviews and Documentation.
  • Liaise with other contractors regards commissioning deliverables and interfaces.
  • Ensure training delivered meets the needs of the project
  • Review of O&M Manuals.
  • Work with the Commissioning Manager to review Handover Documentation

About You

  • Proven Electrical commissioning experience, preferably within the UK Water Industry
  • Experience of working to clients standards
  • Experience of producing commissioning documentation and reviewing electrical RAMS
  • Practical knowledge of water processes
  • A valid clean UK driving license
