Job Title: Associate/ Deputy Chief Engineer - Civil & Structural Design

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Associate/ Deputy Chief Engineer - Civil & Structural Design, reporting directly to HOD Civil to join our Civil Engineering team based in Gandhinagar.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage the responsibilities below.

Supervision & Management of a medium size team (Group Leaders, Specialist Engineers, Designers, Draftsman)

Possible management of a multicenter execution and dedicated to one project

Project Type - Detailed FEED, Medium size EPC project for one discipline. Can act as Lead multi discipline for FEED & small EPC project (for energy transition)

Budget of equipment procurement: From 10 to 35 million EUR and Complexity of the supply (technical). From 20 to 60 simple equipment or skid mounted equipments for conventional projects

Size of projects managed by the center (expressed in man-hours and cost): 50 000 to 250 000 engineering man-hours projects or from 130 to 700 million EUR in conventional energy projects

Required Skills and Experience:

Languages: English (Fluent)

Main skills:

Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer industries is preferred

Shall be well versed with Indian and International codes (American,British, Euro codes)

Shall be familiar with Analysis and Design software STAAD Pro, Foundation 3D, Mat3D etc.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential. Ability to foster

communication within diverse cultural environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, with 18-22 years of relevant industry

experience.

Masters Degree in Engineering (M.E./M.Tech) preferred.
