Complete electrical components and systems within Griffon Marine's standard

Objectives

• Ensure work is carried out to the correct standard and procedures
• Encourage and nurture a problem-solving culture within the department
• Maintain standards for Health and safety within department
• Take responsibility to ensure that the company's environmental policies are enforced in full
• Deliver continuous improvement by internal development recommendations to engineering
• Deliver lean/efficient, safe and compliant workshop practice
• Ability to coach and develop other members of staff
• Capable of working with customers and staff at all levels
• Ability to motivate others who are not direct reports.
• Ability to generate a positive project and team ethos

Qualifications/Experience

• Electrical NVQ level 3
• Experience or knowledge within Marine industry
