We are looking for an Engineering Manager with the folowing details :

Location: based in Korea- Seoul during Detailed Engineering phase, then construction Site, Basra, Iraq

Scheme: Residential - 6 days a week

Start: To be confirm

Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension

Experience / Profile

• With engineering management experience on water injection and associated networks in oil and gas field
• Minimum 10 years in engineering management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• 5-8 years in a leadership role overseeing engineering activities, particularly in EPC projects.
• Strong technical understanding of multidisciplinary engineering practices, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams, manage design changes, and deliver high-quality engineering solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Languages: Fluency in English. Korean language a plus
• Strong leadership and Communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
• Effective team management and work with multidisciplinary teams

Main Missions

• Oversee all engineering activities to ensure successful project delivery for WIP-CSSP EPSCC phase.
• Manage the engineering team to ensure effective coordination and resource allocation.
• Ensure the quality of engineering deliverables aligns with project requirements and standards.
• Coordinate between engineering disciplines to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Maintain compliance with project technical and safety standards throughout all engineering activities.
• Collaborate closely with the STF Package Lead, Quality Lead, Project Engineers, and Discipline Specialist to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks.
