AWC Staff Services are looking for a Project Engineer to work alongside our client, based at Canary Wharf in London.

As the Project Engineer, you will work alongside the Project Manager / Project Director and project team with accountabilityfor successful project delivery including; planning, design, delivery, monitoring,commissioning and handover/close out.
To formalise and specify an engineered delivery solution, brief out the solution to theworking party and ensure it is completed through effective management andleadership.Manage and care for the people delivering the works whilst monitoring complianceand to customer/project requirements, objectives and constraints; time, cost, qualityand safety

The following qualities/experience are desirable:
• An organised, innovative and creative Project Engineer with knowledge andexperience of working on Projects who is proficient commercial/projectmanagement communications
• Experience in implementing safe systems of work
• Experience in managing risks and change processes through solutions-basedapproach to problem solving
• Good interpersonal skills that enable working relationships to be developed atall levels across the business and be able to negotiate and influence
• Discuss ideas and plans competently and with confidence
• Communicate new concepts and ideas to technical and non-technicalstakeholders
• Awareness and promotion the benefits of diversity and inclusion
• Demonstration of resilience and determination to succeed
• Proactively develop others around you including junior members of the team
• Identify and drive personal development
• Proficient on O365
