3rd Tier Project Engineer - MSP | West Midlands

We're looking for a 3rd Tier MSP Project Engineer for a well-established, friendly, and highly credible company based in the West Midlands.

This is a full-time, office-based position, with travel to client sites. You'll be joining a close-knit, competent and collaborative technical team

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll take ownership of technical project delivery, working end-to-end on a wide variety of client-focused infrastructure and cloud projects. Dealing with 3rd line support tickets where necessary. Key responsibilities include:

• Client onboarding/offboarding
• On-prem to Azure migrations
• Server installations
• Site audits and infrastructure reviews
• Firewall and internet provisioning
• M365, Entra ID, and Intune configuration
• RMM, AV/MDR, and backup implementation
• Network and VLAN setup
• Azure Virtual Desktops, VPNs, and Teams Direct Routing,

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a Level 3 Project Engineering role
• Strong technical skills across cloud (Azure, M365), networking, firewalls, and endpoint management
• Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and confident client communication skills
