As part of a dedicated technical team, you'll be involved in the installation, servicing, commissioning and ongoing optimisation of a wide range of BMS and HVAC control systems. The company works with a variety of industry-leading platforms such as Siemens,Trend, Tridium, Distech, and Landis & Staefa, giving you exposure to diverse technologies and system architectures.

Services include preventative maintenance, energy-management optimisation, system upgrades, and delivering detailed diagnostic reports to support improved building performance.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting Building Management Systems (e.g., Tridium, Distech, TREND).
• Performing routine and preventive maintenance on BMS/HVAC control systems.
• Programming and configuring BMS controllers and networking devices.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and health & safety requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with BMS systems, HVAC controls, and building automation technology.
• Understanding of networking protocols and system integration principles.
• Proficiency in BMS programming (Tridium, TREND, Distech, or similar platforms).
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
