The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our data centres, and implementing new technologies to improve performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of data centres Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and improve data centre performance Provide technical guidance and support to team members Monitor and report on data centre performance metrics Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience in managing data centre operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of data centre technologies and best practices
