Our client, a leading manufacturer of bespoke commercial ventilation equipment, is hiring a Specialist Ventilation Project Engineer in Banbury, Oxfordshire (OX16) to deliver projects across the West Midlands, including Coventry. Working from the Banbury office, you'll manage projects end-to-end-from initial site survey to final installation and handover.

Role Overview
As a Specialist Ventilation Project Engineer, you will report to the Projects Manager and work closely with valued customers. You will manage and deliver projects from initial site survey to final installation, ensuring each project meets and exceeds customer expectations. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as you'll collaborate with both internal and external teams throughout the project lifecycle. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects are key. Working from the Banbury office with travel across the West Midlands (including Coventry).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with site contacts, including mechanical and electrical trades, clients and architects.
• Conduct final site measurements to ensure accuracy.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules to meet milestones.
• Maintain and update project files in line with company quality procedures.
• Attend pre-start and progress meetings as required.
• Visit project sites to complete commissioning and customer handover.
• Undertake additional duties within scope of role and skills.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of ventilation, shop fitting, or catering equipment industries is a plus.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical services.
• Strong communication, organisational and numeracy skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Valid CSCS or Skillcard.
• Able to work independently and within a team; high attention to detail/quality.
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays/unsocial hours.
• Full UK driving licence.
