- Responsible for Profitability of the project.
- Prepare, schedule, forecast, coordinate and monitor all the technical activity involved in the assigned projects aiming at assuring project accuracy/ quality from conception to completion.
- Monitor and follow up on the procurement requirements for the project
- To be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve.
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
- Responsible for Profitability of the Project.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
Must have skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a Project Engineer in Interior Fit out projects
