Job Description

Overview

The Senior Mechanical Engineer oversees mechanical systems associated with tower, residential and office/ retail projects, including HVAC, fire-fighting, water systems, and related utilities.

Your role

• Review mechanical designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Supervise installation of pumps, piping, firefighting systems, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate mechanical works with civil, structural, electrical, and MEP teams.
• Lead site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA).
• Prepare progress reports and identify technical challenges.
• Support procurement by evaluating suppliers and equipment specifications.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10-15 years' experience in tower, residential and office/ retail projects .
• Strong knowledge of pumps, HVAC, mechanical utilities, and fire systems.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit) preferred.
