Internship Objective

To provide operational project support to the SEPA Core initiative by contributing to daily project control, interface coordination and activity follow‑up, while developing strong skills in industrial project engineering.

Main Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the SEPA Core Project Manager, the intern will be involved in:

Project management support

• Support to project progress monitoring (schedule, milestones, deliverables)
• Update of action plans and project tracking tools
• Preparation of reporting materials and project review presentations

Analyses and deliverables

• Contribution to the preparation of functional analysis documents
• Support in drafting, structuring and consolidating project documentation
• Participation in project documentation and knowledge capitalization

Risk management

• Contribution to project risk identification
• Update of the risk register and follow‑up of mitigation actions

Coordination and interfaces

• Operational interface with JCH2 teams
• Technical coordination and follow‑up with Indian teams
• Preparation of meeting minutes and follow‑up of open actions

Project control

• Support to deliverable, schedule and interface control
• Contribution to smooth project execution at operational level

Profile

• Engineering student or equivalent university degree (Masters level / final‑year student)
• Strong interest in industrial projects, energy and decarbonization topics
• Structured, analytical mindset with good organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary and international teams
• Professional level of English required
• Previous project or technical experience is a plus
