EngineeringThe Change Manager lead will drive successful people-, process-, and technology-enabled adoption of SAP S/4HANA across the Ørsted organization as well as facilitate communication and stakeholder management activities. The Change Manager will report to the Programme Director as part of the PMO and will work closely together with the S/4HANA programme, Digital Technology organisation and business functions to ensure communication and engagement through the programme, business continuity planning and user readiness.

The consultant is expected to conduct work from the specified location mentioned in the requisition. They are mandated to support Orsted’s offices for a minimum of two days per week.

Key responsibilities shared with and in collaboration with Implementation Partner
- Change strategy and execution
- Develop and own the end-to-end change management strategy for Ørsted for S/4HANA, aligned with SAP Activate/S/4HANA project governance
- Define change levers by process area and user role; map interdependencies with data migration, cutover, testing, and training activities.
- Change impact, readiness, and stakeholder management
- Conduct change impact analyses for all affected processes and roles; assess Organisational readiness and design mitigation plans.
- Create and maintain stakeholder maps; secure executive sponsorship and sustain sponsor governance; build and enable a network of change champions.
- Communications and engagement
- Create targeted communications for executives, managers, and end-users; ensure clear, timely, and consistent messaging about the S/4HANA journey, benefits, and expected changes to day-to-day work.
- Lead change-related communications through appropriate channels (intranet, town halls, workshops, email, digital screens).
- Business Continuity & Test preparations
- Support business areas in ensuring documented business continuity plans to cover for SAP down time through the conversion
- Support test readiness and ensure user involvement in UAT activities; contribute to cutover readiness and go-live planning.
- Collaboration and delivery enablement
- Partner with PMO, SAP/IT, Security, Compliance, Data Management, HR, Communications, and external partners to ensure integrated delivery.

Required qualifications and experience
- Relevant education background
- Strong proven background within change management of large company wide transformations.
- Experience: 10 years in change management and transformations, with prior SAP/ERP implementation experience (preferably S/4HANA).
- Certifications: ADCAR, Prosci/ACMP or equivalent change management certification
- Priori experience with Ørsted is an advantage
