We are seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to design, develop, commission, and optimize electrical control systems for industrial equipment and automated production lines. The role focuses on PLC-based control systems, covering electrical hardware design, control software development, and HMI/SCADA integration. The ideal candidate should have full project lifecycle experience from concept design through on-site commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical System Design

* Design overall architecture of electrical control systems

* Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOM

* Select and evaluate electrical components

2. PLC-Based Control Development

* Develop and debug PLC programs

* Design control logic, motion control, and communication protocols

* Integrate with field devices (sensors, drives, robots, etc.)

3. HMI & Supervisory Systems

* Design and develop HMI interfaces

* Configure SCADA systems

* Perform system commissioning and user training

4. Commissioning & Support

* Participate in on-site installation and commissioning

* Troubleshoot and provide technical support

* Prepare technical documentation

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field

* Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation or electrical control systems

* Strong understanding of PLC-based control architecture

* Proficient in electrical schematic design

Technical Skills

1. PLC Skills

* Experience with major PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff)

* Experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc.)

2. HMI & SCADA

* Experience with HMI platforms (e.g., WinCC, FactoryTalk View)

* Knowledge of SCADA system architecture

3. Electrical Hardware Skills

* Experience in low-voltage distribution and control panel design

* Experience with servo systems, VFDs, and motion control

* Knowledge of UL, NFPA, or relevant electrical standards preferred

Soft Skills

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to work independently and solve problems

* Willingness to travel globally as required

* Strong multitasking skills

* Driven by a strong curiosity and passion for continuous learning and exploration

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in automated production lines or equipment manufacturing

* Experience in robot system integration

* Project management experience

* Willingness to travel globally as required
