Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and controls for manufacturing equipment.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for electrical failures on production lines.
• Program, maintain, and optimize industrial control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
• Develop and execute electrical preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational reliability.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and validation of new electrical equipment and upgrades.
• Ensure all electrical work and systems comply with safety standards, codes (e.g., NFPA 70E, NEC), and company policies.
• Create and maintain accurate electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) and automation programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens).
• Strong background in power distribution, motor control centers, and electrical safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and automation equipment in a production environment.
• Proficiency in reading and creating electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing principles, and optimizing electrical systems for efficiency and reliability.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming experience (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens)
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with robotic systems integration
