By joining our teams, you will be required to follow HSE procedures and best practices while contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
- Manage supervision, progress monitoring, planning, and actively participate in ongoing works and site supervision.
- Draft local maintenance procedures or align national procedures defined by experts and the policy leader with local practices and supplier data (HV/LV motors, HV/LV electrical transformer networks, UPS systems, HV/LV protection relays, HV/LV circuit breakers), including post-completion feedback and capitalization.
- Prepare technical specifications.
- Contribute to scope definition, participate in site visits with external contractors for validation, and perform technical alignments after bid reception.
- Take part in the analysis of technical and commercial offers.
- Define and monitor the timely procurement of spare parts related to your work package.
- Check spare parts availability in advance to avoid shortages (quantitative and qualitative verification).
- Manage contractors (identification, scope definition, technical alignment/clarifications, selection, work permits, execution, specific safety induction, co-activity management, punch-list management including outstanding work and clearance of reservations, supplier evaluation) within your scope.
- Carry out technical acceptances (technical documentation, tools, purchase orders, etc.).
- Prepare and participate in feedback and experience return (REX).
- Provide support to local site maintenance within your regional cluster.
- Manage multi-year maintenance activities outside shutdown periods.
- Participate in technical and maintenance expert reviews.
- Report any supplier anomalies to the relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the technical authority for your field of expertise within the maintenance department.
What profile and skills are required for this Electrical Works Supervisor - HV/LV position?
- You have at least 10 years of experience supervising high- and low-voltage electrical work at industrial sites
- You have proven expertise in the maintenance of electrical systems
- You have advanced knowledge of synchronous and asynchronous motors, high-voltage motors, SEPAM, and MICOM
- You are comfortable drafting technical documents
