Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing ventilation projects from site survey to installation sign-off
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Support the maintenance of accurate project documentation and adherence to quality standards
• Attend site visits, pre-start, and progress meetings
• Learn to plan and monitor project schedules to meet milestones

What We're Looking For:

• A keen interest in engineering, construction, or mechanical services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Full UK driving license
• Flexibility to travel for site visits

Desirable (Not Essential):

• Knowledge of ventilation, shop fitting, or construction industries
• Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel
• CSCS or Skillcard, construction site experience
