About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in Bergen. This role involves technical leadership and end-to-end responsibility for delivering electrical solutions across onshore and offshore projects. You will play a key role in developing innovative solutions for the offshore industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute electrical deliveries for onshore and offshore projects.
• Prepare technical documentation and design input for switchboards, drives, UPS systems, and low/high-voltage protection systems.
• Participate in all phases of projects, including feasibility studies, proposals, engineering, execution, testing, commissioning, and after-sales service.
• Ensure all work is delivered in compliance with contract requirements, technical specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Travel as required to project sites, both domestically and internationally.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering / Power Engineering.
• Trade certificate (Group L/H) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably within industrial or offshore environments.
• Strong knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) requirements and standards such as NORSOK and IEC.
• Basic offshore safety certification is an advantage.

• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to take ownership of technical delivery in the field.
