Hiring: Senior Specialist – Project Estimating | Abu Dhabi |


We are currently Looking for the role of Senior Specialist – Project Estimating based in Abu Dhabi.

📄 Contract Type: 12‑month extendable
💼 Package: Salary Medical Insurance Visa (via NES Fircroft)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support project estimates.
• Review project plans/specifications and coordinate with internal teams to ensure complete scope coverage.
• Support the estimating team with database development, benchmarking, and gathering relevant estimating data.
• Participate in project and internal team meetings.
• Review subcontractor and vendor bid packages.
• Complete detailed pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate proposal and construction schedules with the Planning/Scheduling team.
• Assist in preparing execution plans and technical clarifications.
• Work with proposal sponsors/administrators to compile full bid submittal packages.
• Support project teams during preparation and planning phases.

🔹Experience needed

• 3–5 years of experience in construction, mechanical, electrical, CSA, or related industries.
• Degree or relevant technical education.
• Prior estimating experience (Data Centre experience preferred).
