The Engineering (Production) Integration Specialist supports the Central BPSolutions Engineering Team (Production), a large, multi‑disciplinary group distributed across bp's global operating hubs. Engineers within this organisation deliver a wide range of work aligned with regional priorities, including end‑to‑end engineering services, specialist technical support, and global high‑value improvement programmes.
In this role, you will work within the Delivery Integration team to ensure customer‑focused execution of priority initiatives. This includes integrating multi‑discipline workstreams, delivering high‑quality engineering services on time, and providing clear visibility and assurance to regional partners. A key part of the role is ensuring efficient integration and value generation across projects.

What you will deliver
- Programme and project management of discrete engineering initiatives, including:
- Coordination of TAR Engineering services
- Digital and data cleanse projects
- Cost reduction initiatives
- Continuous improvement and efficiency programs
- Work within established programme management processes to:
- Define clear objectives and success measures
- Develop and track implementation plans with SMEs and stakeholders
- Manage communications and stakeholder engagement
- Support change management
- Track value delivery and report progress
- Carry out quality‑assurance activities and close‑out
- Provide accurate, timely reporting
- Support performance management by implementing, measuring, and analysing KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide engineering data reporting and insights to business stakeholders.
- Interrogate, analyse, and visualise data using tools such as Power BI to generate meaningful insights.
- Support third‑party cost tracking for the Engineering team.
- Collaborate as needed with Technology teams on Engineering-Technology interfaces.

- BSc or BEng (UK), BSc (US), or international equivalent in an engineering discipline

Minimum years of relevant experience:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant engineering experience
Must have experiences/skills:
- Broad interest and sound understanding of multiple engineering disciplines, with the ability to quickly learn new concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, interpret diverse stakeholder needs, and translate them into actionable plans (fluent in English, written and oral).
- Confident facilitating meetings, gathering updates, and driving accountability for deliverables.
- Proven tenacity, with the ability to deliver business results and influence across organisational boundaries.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience working with raw data and developing recommendations.
- Interest and experience in engineering systems and tools.
- Highly motivated, self‑starting mindset with flexibility to meet changing business needs.
Good to have experiences/skills:
- Experience working with Agile principles and tools (ADO preferred).
- Strong Power BI skills (or similar BI tools), including the ability to create dashboards and reports.
- Willingness to develop expertise in digital systems, tools, and budget management.
